"Rescue, rediscover and revive", is the philosophy behind Mini Mills - Dhrooti Mills' fledgling design label.

Dhrooti's background is in the fashion industry. After completing her studies she designed knitwear for many of the biggest names on the High Street, before settling down in Berkhamsted to look after her two young daughters.

Over the last few years, and in between freelance work, Dhrooti has kept up her creative streak by designing and making items for friends and their children, and she has now decided to take things further by showcasing her designs and concepts to a wider audience.

Mini Mills features a wide and ever growing variety of unique, imaginative hand-made products, from clothing to canvases, from booties to blankets, and much more besides. Her designs are not just for children - keep an eye out for her other label Mills&Bloom, which concentrates on a variety of other products for the home as well as accessories for women.

Because the products aim to use elements that are reused and recycled from various, ever-changing sources, no two items are the same, but all are lovingly crafted by hand to bring the designs to life.
